1. Privacy Policy (English)

FluxCast (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the FluxCast mobile application.

1. Information Collection and Use

FluxCast is designed to perform screen mirroring locally within your network.

• Screen Capture Data: The app captures your screen content using Apple’s ReplayKit. This data is processed locally on your device and streamed directly to your Tesla’s browser. We do NOT record, store, or transmit your screen data to any external servers.
• Location Data: We may access your device’s GPS and motion data to detect driving speed. This information is used solely within the app to trigger the “Safe Driving Guard” and is NOT stored or shared.
• Local Network: We require local network access to establish a connection between your iPhone and your Tesla’s browser. No data is sent over the cellular internet for mirroring purposes.

2. Third-Party Services

We do not use any third-party tracking or analytics SDKs that collect personal identification information. The app uses standard system frameworks provided by Apple.

3. Data Security

Since we do not collect or store your data on our servers, there is no risk of your personal data being leaked from our infrastructure. All mirroring traffic is intended for local peer-to-peer transmission.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
